Added a feature that allows posts to be duplicated from other sites within a multisite/network environment.

Post duplication is also available outside of a multisite/network environment. 🙂

Changed: Setting class from update to bulk.

Renamed a framework setting within the plugin.

Fixed: Admin sidebar and toolbar sort bug.

Fixed a bug in the admin sidebar where menu order was incorrect when non-numeric values were included.
